I’m a physiotherapist with a passion for supporting older people to feel safe, confident and independent in their own homes. I believe that physiotherapy should be as much about trust and comfort as it is about exercises and movement. That’s why I take a relaxed, collaborative approach—working with you, not just for you—to help build your confidence step by step.

My aim is to make physiotherapy friendly, approachable, and accessible, so that every session feels supportive and empowering. Whether it’s improving mobility, reducing the risk of falls, or simply feeling more at ease in day-to-day life, I’m here to help you move with confidence.
